Add a clean, functional detail to your chopper with these cast aluminium exhaust boot guards. Designed to help protect your boot from exhaust heat while adding a classic, stripped-back look to your bike.
Made from cast aluminium, giving it a distinctive character that suits vintage, custom and handmade builds. Designed specifically for stock 1.75″ exhaust pipes, the boot guard comes complete with a stainless steel mounting bracket and stainless steel hardware for a simple and secure installation.
Installation: Position the boot guard and secure the bracket to the back of the guard using the supplied hardware. We recommend applying a small amount of threadlocker to the bolts to help prevent them from loosening due to vibration.
After installation, check that the boot guard is firmly secured and does not move or contact the exhaust unnecessarily. We recommend checking the mounting hardware again after the first few rides and retightening if required.
